Lettings Manager
Heather is our Lettings Manager.
She has worked in the industry for 17 years and holds an ARLA PropertyMark SCQF Level 6 Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management.
Heather has a strong focus on training and development and represents landlords in need at the First Tier Tribunal.
In 2019 Heather was the recipient of the prestigious Propertymark Rising Star award, which she was presented with at The House of Lords. Heather won this award due to her commitment to improving standards within the industry and for the training material that she personally created and used to train and qualify her staff.
Heather loves to travel and is tad obsessed with maps and geographic and cultural facts.
Heather is very creative. She enjoys making and creating just about everything. Whether that’s cooking new recipes, painting, or learning new songs on the piano. Heather has an eclectic mix of hobbies and prefers to be on the go. Her idea of relaxing is solving rubiks cubes!
Heather also loves animals. She has a few pets including 2 gorgeous rescue dogs, salt water fish and coral, 4 rats and about a million plants (if that counts)
Our staff recently completed a Myres Briggs personality survey. Heather is an ENFJ - “the protagonist”. She shares this personality type with the likes of Martin Luther King, Barrack Obama and Oprah Winfrey. These personality types are born leaders. They speak up for what is right, get involved and lead the way!
