A Watertight Solution
A lot of you will know and recognise their friendly faces by now as they carry out the gas safety checks and Legionella’s in our properties, Matt, Connor and John are our trusted plumbers. Some of you will recall meeting them from a variety of differing jobs that they carry out on a day-to-day basis, whether it be replacing boilers or simply re sealing a bathtub, these boys can do it all! The Property Store have worked with Watertight Solutions for several years now and everyone in the office is very familiar with the Watertight team. The next time they are out at your property, be sure to say hello!

You might have seen their vans or banners around East Kilbride, RDM and DB are our dependable electricians. You will find them carrying out jobs such as EICR’s (electrical installation condition report) and PAT’s (portable appliance test) to re wiring an entire house to make sure all of the electrics are at peak safety for our lovely tenants!
Trevi Home Improvement
Everyone needs a handyman, and we have the best! You will recognise Ian from odd jobs around your property such as fitting new door locks, to replacing missing tiles in a kitchen. Ian is our go to guy when it comes to needing someone with a vast skillset, not to mention he’s fast at getting the job done too!
Martin Reid Décor and J. Prentice Painter
We love making sure that a property is freshly decorated for tenants to move into, it helps give you a blank canvas for adding your own style. That is why we use Martin and Jack as our staple decorators. Although you may never get to meet them because they are typically working when a property is empty, rest assured you can thank them for your lovely painted property.
RAP Joinery
A lot of you will have met our go to joiners before, these are the guys we send out when we need doors fitted, flooring uplifted, essentially anything made of wood needing fixed or replaced, RAP are the contractors you will meet! They always carry out an excellent job, and for those of you that will have met them already, you’ll know how great they are!
Allan Davers Windows and Doors
Allan and his team are our reliable window men. Everyone that has met them has had nothing but great things to say about them! You will find that they carry out a variety of jobs, from fixing windows to entirely replacing them. They are the guys that make sure your property is wind and watertight.
R. Howarth Builders and Joiners LTD
For the jobs that are slightly larger in scale, for example fixing/ replacing roofs or rough casting, it will be Mark and his team that you meet. They are our credible builders that we rely on for getting the big jobs done. You may have seen them before if they have done work at your property, sometimes on scaffolding carry out roofing jobs and sometimes on the ground if they are carrying out any indoor building jobs.
