As a letting agent working and managing properties in Scotland, The Property Store are required to understand and abide by the Letting Agent Code of Practice and join the Scottish Letting Agent Register. As most will already know 5 members of Staff have now successfully undergone training and achieved the Propertymark Qualifications Level 6 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management! We have now successfully applied for the Scottish Letting Agent Register and received out Agent Registration Number which is LARN1804002

To apply to be on the Scottish Letting Agent Register you must undertake the following and we have carried out ALL 3!

Client Money Protection (CMP) and professional indemnity insurance
