Tenancy Deposit Scheme Scotland

We are still working on transferring deposits into the scheme. In order to complete this we would URGE ALL LANDLORDS who have not yet provided their landlord registration number and insurance details to do so.

Without this information we are unable to transfer deposits. Unfortunately, if the deposit is not transferred by the due date, the landlord is liable to pay a fine of three times the deposit amount to the tenant.

NEW IMPROVED SERVICE! Inventories

Due to the new legislation of Tenancy Deposit Scheme Scotland, The Property Store have responded with an in-depth inventory of all new properties. For existing properties this service takes place when re-letting. This more substantial inventory now provides photographic evidence of contents and conditions thus protecting both landlords and tenants.
