Lorraine Robb:

Lorraine is the director of the business. She plays a very hands on role ensuring the service offered to her clients is to an excellent standard. She particularly enjoys helping clients to build their portfolios and the property development role within the business. She is proud of the fact that many of our clients has been with us since the start which is now over 15 years. Lorraine said “We know that every customer is different and they have a choice. So we listen to what they want and deliver. Our team are not just property experts they are made up of property professionals who are passionate about customer service.” 

 Yvonne Moncur:

Yvonne’s role is Lettings Manager and she has worked at the Property Store for over 9 years. She is well known to most of our landlords and tenants and her strength has been the personal relationships she has built over the past 9 years and is known to get things done. Yvonne said “I am lucky enough to do a job I love. My favourite part of the job is meeting and building relationships with clients. I have a great team and we enjoy working together to the benefit of our clients.”

June O’Brien:

June’s role is Sales Manager. June resides in East Kilbride and has successfully been selling property for over 15 years. She has been with the property store for almost 5 years and always gives 100% commitment to getting you the best possible achievable price for your property. She is a genuine people person and is hard to get off of the phone as she loves talking to clients. June said “For someone to put their trust in you to sell what is normally their biggest asset, is a huge compliment and it gives me great pleasure in making that experience for them as smooth and stress free as possible.”

Euan Robb:

Euan’s role is Lettings and Sales Administrator. His duties are wide ranging but he can most often be found carrying out viewings for our properties or dealing with clients enquiries. In addition, he provides a range of admin support to both the sales and letting team. Euan said “I can honestly say no two days are ever the same and love when I manage to find the perfect home for someone.” 

Karen Langridge:

Karen’s main role is Repairs Administrator. She works closely with both tenants and landlords to ensure properties are kept to a good standard and repairs are dealt with promptly. She has a trusted team of contractors, many who have been with us for 10 years and are well known to our clients. Karen also deals with property enquiries and carries out viewings. Karen said “I love the job satisfaction I get when a difficult repair is completed in which both the tenant and the landlord are satisfied with the outcome.”

Martin Grubb:

Martin’s role is Repairs Assistant. Martin deals with all aspects of repairs and general admin within the East Kilbride office. Martin said “I love the variety of work and the busy pace in the office which makes the day go by quickly.”

Chantelle Mann

Chantelle’s role is Lettings Administrator. She came to the property store with 6 years experience gained within City Centre Letting Agencies. She is also a resident in Cumbernauld for many years and has an extensive knowledge of the area. Chantelle arranges and carries out viewings, deals with tenancy applications, general telephone enquiries and management visits.  Chantelle said “I am also ready and willing to help any client both landlord and tenant alike as I get great satisfaction in making the letting process as simple as possible for them”

Lynn McGuire 

Lynn's role is Lettings Administrator. Lynn joined us recently and came from a corporate lettings environment with over 9 years experience. She is passionate about letting. "I love my job and am lucky to be part of such an incredible close working team. I enjoy working to the tight deadlines and providing our landlords and tenants with the service which they deserve." 


Rachel Trevithick

Rachel's role is Apprentice Lettings Assistant. Rachel recently joined us and over the next two years will work to gain all the skills required to become a great lettings administrator.


Keith Robb:


Keith’s role is a part time Property Management Visitor. Keith is a well known face to many of our long term tenants. His duties are to visit our tenants in their properties ensuring that the property is being maintained in good order and liaising on any issues the tenants wish to raise. Keith Said “Over the years I have met lots of lovely people and their pets. I enjoy getting out and meeting people as it is totally different from my other job.”
